Women in Management (WIM) is a community-driven initiative to start a positive dialogue around women, the workplace, and leadership.

 

The primary aim is to create, nurture & celebrate women leaders in business. WIM is led by MBA students from IIFT Delhi. As a gender-inclusive premier institute, we believe in promoting equity and enabling women to achieve their fullest potential. 

 

WIM undertakes various activities and initiatives via both traditional and digital modes in order to encourage gender equality, expands horizons and facilitates success in the industry.
